Soccer Stars and Strawberry Hill

Bailey and her cousin Tyler are about half way through their spring soccer season. We finally had nice weather on a game day, and I got some better pictures of the kids playing. Grandma and Grandpa Muscha were in town for Tyler's birthday and got to see the game too.

After the game and some lunch everyone minus Mom and Josie headed out to Strawberry Hill for hiking and exploring. Overall it was a great day!

Biker Babe

Mean Mommy

Josie is proving to be a very picky eater. Green veggies are not her favorite. I have figured out that I can give her a few bites of something she likes and then sneak in a bite of peas or green beans. My favorite part of the process is the face she gives me when she realizes what I have done. She holds the food in her mouth and makes the best face. From that point forward she closely watches which food I scoop on the spoon and flatly refuses to open her mouth for the yucky stuff.

Nothing to Report

I am writing to say I don't have much to say. Things are somewhat quiet around here, except for the very loud construction happening on our street. I am tempted to go tell them that my baby is sleeping and they better quit with the house-shaking noise. Our walls are actually vibrating. Josie is finally showing signs of feeling better, but she is working her way through diapers faster than I can change them thanks to the antibiotic we had to put her on. Fun times. Maybe I will get my camera back out this weekend and actually have some pictures to post.

First Soccer Game Ever!

Bailey has been so excited to play soccer on a real team. We kept telling her she could play in the spring. Then we found out she missed the age cut off by 2 months. Fortunately they let younger kids play if the parent coaches. So Bailey is playing and Miles is coaching. It was cold and windy this morning, but the game must go on. I am so incredibly proud of Bailey - she hustled and played her heart out. I'm kind of proud of Miles too - he is a great coach. I didn't get many pictures because I was busy trying to keep Josie warm and happy, but here are a few.

Belgrade/Bozeman Trip

Bailey, Josie, and I had lots of fun on our trip to the Gallatin Valley. Josie got a cold halfway through the trip, but she was a little trooper. We took lots of pictures but I will try to narrow them down to some favorites. Here we go...
