Brand New Fort and Sandbox

We have been promising Bailey a fort or swing set in the backyard for about a year.  Grandma and Grandpa Muscha helped us with some funds to make it happen.  We finally decided on a fort and sandbox combination with a swing and rings to follow sometime soon.  Bailey was eager to help make the fort.  Uncle Travis donated some steel roofing and our friend Stan added a window and door.  Miles put in a couple weekends of labor, and the finished product is great!

4th of July

We spent the 4th of July weekend in Harvey at Grandma and Grandpa Muscha's place.  As well as holiday activities, it was also a family reunion.  The day of the reunion was extremely hot and humid, but it was still fun to see everyone together.  All of Miles' cousins from his dad's side made it for the weekend along with all of their kiddos.  I wasn't great at taking pictures but here are a few from the trip.
