Soccer Camp and The Coaches

Bailey looks forward to soccer camp each year, and we have hosted coaches at our house for the past three years.  This year we ended up with coaches at our house for two weeks because there wasn't a host family for them available in Glendive.  We had a wonderful time with Carl, Ashleigh, and Sam.  We were very sad to seem them go. Bailey enjoyed camp as well, and I think she is ready for the fall season.

Carl and Ashleigh stayed with us the first week.

Bailey's team didn't win the World Cup this year but that's ok.

We took Ashleigh, Carl, and Daniel (the Brazilian coach) paddle boarding.

Carl ran a 5K while he was here.  I think he was a bit nervous at the start.

And they're off!

We watched the race with Ashleigh.

He did great!

Hanging out with the girls.

We had to say good-bye to Ashleigh first as she headed to Washington for another camp.

We took Carl to the Range Riders Museum.

We met up with Travis and Jen at the Miles City Maltfest.

This is the first time we said good-bye to Carl because he was headed to another camp in Glendive.  Then we heard he and Sam didn't have a place to stay so we happily invited them back to stay with us.

We went paddle boarding again.  Josie wanted to ride with "Sammy."

Here is Carl heading out.

Sam took a little snooze in the sun.

It was Carl's turn to take Josie out.

We went out to supper on Sam and Carl's last night in town.

We said good-bye and sent them off to catch a flight in Bozeman.

We are so glad to have met these great guys.  We look forward to keeping in touch with them and Ashleigh.

Swimming Lessons and Family Time in the Gallatin Valley

I packed up the girls and headed to Belgrade/Bozeman for swimming lessons and time with family.  We sure packed in a bunch of stuff.

First day of lessons.

Josie had to do lots of waiting around for her lesson.

Bailey made a new friend.

Getting some encouragement from Bailey to go down the Ducky Slide by herself.

She did it!
I somehow lost a few great pictures of Bailey swimming, but she rocked her lessons.  She is becoming a great swimmer.

Crafts with Grandma Lynn.

Selfie at the Garage for supper.

We went to the fair!

Cousin Sarah met up with us.

Josie made a friend and they had a great time.

Sarah took Bailey on the "big" rides.

Jam session on Grandpa Wayne's drums.

Bailey and I took a trip to Lewis and Clark Caverns.

We spent time staying with Grandpa Bob and Grandma Sue.

Josie went to Princess Tea Party Class.

Making cupcakes and a cake with Grandpa Bob.

We went to Shane and Kimber's house to see and ride the horses.
