Bozeman Swimming Lesson Trip 2018

We made our annual trip to Bozeman for swimming lessons and time with family.  We stayed with Grandpa and Grandma Friedrich.  We took a side trip to Yellowstone over the weekend.  Both girls had excellent lessons and we all had a great time.

We stopped at Chico on our way to Gardiner to stay with Tera and go to Yellowstone.

Bailey and Elyse got to spend a week in Park City visiting Grandma and Grandpa Johnson.  They managed to squeeze in plenty of fun.

Colstrip Fishing Trip

We loaded up in Matt's truck one evening and heading to Colstrip for an evening of fishing.  It was a perfect night.  We caught tons of Bluegill!

After some convincing, Josie decided to give softball a try.  She was the smallest girl on her team, but she held her own. 

Last Day of School 2018

The new year has already started which shows you how behind I am on this post.  Here are some pictures from the last day of school 2018. Bailey finished 4th grade and Josie finished Kindergarten.

Bode

We are taking a break for sheep and lambs, but Miles and Matt decided Bailey needed a goat.  We found out the vet in town raises Alpine goats, and he had a few bums for sale.  We ended up with Bode in our back yard for a couple of months because he was still bottle feeding.  He lives at Matt's with the llamas now, but Bailey tries to see him each day.  He is very cute but kind of a stinker.  He sure loves Bailey! These pictures are from April so he is quite a bit bigger now.  The plan is for him to pack supplies and follow Bailey on hunting trips. 

Epic Fishing Day!

Perfect timing and conditions made for an epic day of fishing for Miles and Jamie.  Check out the huge catfish!  We threw together a party to celebrate with fish tacos.
