A bit of catching up to do

I have LOTS to blog about, and very little time to do it at the moment.  We spent 2 weeks in the Gallatin Valley, and then came home to company and Josie's 1st birthday.  I will get to all of that over the next few days, but here are a few bits and pieces I didn't get around to posting before we left.

This is our squash plant.  The neat part is the iron bed frame in the middle of all that squash. It came from my Dad's farm in Antelope, MT. I found it a couple of years ago out in the farm "junk" pile which is full of all sorts of fun stuff from the last 100 years.  Thanks Carl for letting me take the bed frame! It is a cool addition to our yard.

I just like this one.

We finally have a street in front of our house!

Since we have not gotten a swing set yet I convinced Dad to put up the baby swing in a tree in our yard.  If you can't tell - she LOVES it.

Bailey got a "make-over" by some older girls at a BBQ.  Quite scary!!  Check out the eye makeup.  All she wants for her birthday is make-up. Oh dear.

Josie-pants is such a big helper.  She wanted to pack for me before we left for the Gallatin Valley.  Not all the helpful but still cute.
