Halloween Happiness

Kids love Halloween.  I am not so crazy about it, but I try to enjoy it for the girls.  Miles and I helped Bailey carve pumpkins, and I attended the Costume Parade at Bailey's school.  It was adorable to watch all those little ones parade around the block in their outfits and huge smiles. That might have been my favorite part of the holiday. Miles City offers quite a few choices of activities starting on Halloween afternoon, and we hit a few things then made it home in time for a quick dinner and some door-to-door trick-or-treating with Tyler and Caden.  Unfortunately I didn't do a marvelous job of getting pictures of the girls this year, and there aren't any pics of the trick-or-treating.  Bummer.

Ooey, gooey pumpkin guts!

Here comes the parade!

Ballerina Bailey and her BFF Clea.

The Sleep Inn hotel had a fun Halloween carnival for the kids.  Here is Bailey guessing what creepy stuff is in the box.

Josie held back and watched with her balloon most of the time. I wish I would have gotten some better pictures of her. Oh well.
After the carnival we headed to the hospital where they go all out for the kids.  Someone was there taking professional pictures too, but I am not sure how to get a look at the pics.  I will figure that out.  Lots of the offices have candy for the kids, and all of the extended care patients sit out in the hall for trick-or-treating.  We met up with the other Muscha clan and the kids had fun. Another Halloween done and over, and now I have to muster up some will power so I don't gorge on all the chocolate in the house.
